I would try to be friendly with him at first, get to know him as a person.
Then after a while, if he feels comfortable with you (and you'll know when that is)
I would DELICATELY bring up the subject of your interest in feet. Don't go too fast
with it though, as you might turn him off!

If he feels comfortable enough with you, who knows, he may let you obilge your
interest in his feet. If he does, I would start off with something as gentle as a foot
massage. Most people, gay or straight, seem to like that.

He came to class today wearing Saudi sandals :D

These aren't his feet, but he was wearing identical sandals.
