OK, I don't really know anything about economics. But I am cheap and crafty and I am always looking for more wank for my franc; more pickle for my nickel; more whoopie for my rupee; more pretzel for my quetzal. You get the point.
You can spend a lot of money on porn and I do love porn. It shows me the ongoing reality of what real people can do in their bedrooms. It also shows me the ideal of gay sexual intimacy. Addicted to it? Perhaps. The way I'm addicted to life, men, sex, feet, opera, masturbation, dancing - and all things beautiful. The question is, how do I get the most and pay the least?
The answer for me is choosing paysites carefully and plugging into Video On Demand, VOD. I recently discovered the Footbuddies VOD (look at the top for "Theater") and found options for viewing porn for very reasonable prices. Most DVDs go for between $40 and $60 if you go out to a store to buy them. That can translate into big bucks if you're a real aficionado. But you can look at individual scenes from all the great DVDs for modest sums at the FootBuddies Theater without even leaving your living room. The price per scene runs from a little over $2 to over $4 and the biggest advantage is that there are itsy bitsy frames of what you can expect in each scene. Why is this important? Well, for me, if the guys are wearing boots or shoes or even socks during sex, it just doesn't count as sex. That's just me, but by skipping the scenes in which the guys aren't barefoot, I'm not buying scenes that ultimately are not of interest to me. Note also you can save big bucks by purchasing larger sums in advance.
If you choose your paysites carefully, you can save a bundle as well. I've had my computer only for a little over a month and most of the time I don't really know what I'm doing. But I think I made a smart move when I joined LucasEntertainment. Michael Lucas is an excellent filmmaker, goes charging in where angels fear to tread and likes feet. He offers a yearlong membership for just $10 per month. (You do have to pay $119 up front for the whole year.) What does that $10 get you? Well, this last month I watched 6 of the new scenes from "Return to Fire Island" and other new releases. The purchase of the DVDs would have cost me mucho dinero and instead of shelling out large sums, I've been able to enjoy my favorites, such as Jason Crew and Eric Grant, for only $10 dollars. It seems almost too good to be true but I believe in fairies and miracles and I'm not going to question the magic of the moment.
There are other sites I intend to explore eventually, such as Toegasms, MyFriendsFeet and others. The computer is really showing me ways to enjoy life more fully and cheaply. I'm impressed.
