Question about paying someone to let me tickle their feet

Ok, if I pay a guy for him to let me tickle his feet, do I run the risk of being arrested for prostitution? Is this the same as prostitution (as long as there isn't any sex). I'm straight but have an intense feet fetish and it is hard to meet many guys who are in to that.

It's impossible to give a definitive answer because laws governing prostitution can vary widely from country to country and even from state/province to state/province within countries. However, generally speaking, it's very hard to get busted for prostitution/solicitation if there's no direct linkage between a sexual activity in return for money. Escorts, for example, will often (successfully) get around prohibitions against prostitution by refusing to sell sexual relations, instead they will sell their 'time' to spend with customers while maintaining that anything else that may happen during the time spent together is a matter of personal choice between consenting adults and is not contracted for.

Your best bet is to get on the internet and research your local jurisdiction's laws regarding prostitution. In MOST places, if you avoid the direct linkage of a sexual activity for payment, then you should be fine.

The best thing to do is stay clear of paying anybody for anything. I am sure if you advertised on CL you would find someone eventually who will let you do it for free. I have found lots of footguys through CL - and alot have become friends.
