Well, I really can't say how far I can go back. I'll always try my best to find streams of the shows which are mentioned by someone on this board and then download it. I always use vlc media player to make screencaps (saved as png for a higher color depth) because it's the easiest way for me (just one click while the video is paused). Finally I convert the caps into jpgs with a batch program called xnview.

Btw: Soap shows may be harder to find online because most of them are running without any specified ending. But I am not the only one. Fortunately, we have some tremendously great experts here who are able to find almost all of the older and rare soap stuff!:)

Yeah. The first two pics of the guy dragging him around by his feet come from Season 1, Episode 10 (Immortal). The two with his foot up on the table comes from Season 4, Episode 9 (Animal (though some sites have the episode listed as 'Anger')). And the one of him with the ice cream comes from Season 4, Episode 10 (High).

I recently managed to get hold of the 1987 film of Tennessee Williams' The Glass Menagerie.

About an hour in, during the scene in which Tom (played by John Malkovich, who was then in his mid-thirties, and looking very handsome, I think), is telling his mother, Amanda Wingfield (played by Joanne Woodward) about inviting Mr. O'Connor to dinner. During most of the scene, he is wearing his shoes, sockless; but at some point, evidently getting ready to leave, while his mother questions him, Tom removes his shoes, puts socks on, and puts his shoes (or perhaps a different pair of shoes) on. The quality of the film was rather grainy, and so there's very little detail in this captured frame, but this isn't an easy film to get hold of, and I thought perhaps that other men who might find the young Malkovich sexy might enjoy having a quick glimpse of his bare foot about to get socked.

I know there is a thread for Celebs, but many of those pics are arranged photo shoots and publicity stills, not caps from their work (although a few do get in there). This seemed to be more geared to when their feet appeared casually in the scene of a show or movie.

I've also felt the same way for awhile, but haven't had the guts to come out and say something. Same as what you said, it's not that these pics aren't welcome just that they seem to be out of place. They just seem like apples and oranges. The point of having a thread to capture stuff from movies and tv is to get those rare foot appearances that you might have missed, which serves a different function from showcasing porn clips.

Not to say that I don't appreciate ALL the pictures that you guys post here on the board! Keep up the good work folks!
