It's that time of year again! Time for the quarterly seasonal update to the home page of AchillesHeelArt.com. I was trying to come up with a summer theme, and kept thinking about the beach and the ocean. Then I realized I'd never drawn pirates before! This poor pirate captain has been overthrown by his crew, and tied to some barrels. They remove his boots, exposing his tender, sensitive feet and begin to tickle... It's Mutoeny!

Although he's turned into a bit of a psychotic nut case over the past couple of years, I didn't mind drawing him. I saw that picture and instantly thought "ticklish pirate".
