I think the first one is from an episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Not sure which one -- it's been a few years -- but I remember an episode where the majority of the cast had to spend the night in one room (maybe a basement). That shot looks to be from that episode. All I can say for sure is that it's not from the first season, and probably not from the last.
