Gasoline availability in the Atlanta GA area has returned to near normal. But the price per gallon is higher than the national average. Why?

Basically Boots that's the underlying answer. I call it GOUGING. That's taking opportunistic advantage during an unfortunate situation to get personal gain at the expense of others less fortunate. :(
And regarding this bailout mess I opt for CEO's and other management personnel involved to be booted out with absolutely no severance pay or options. Let them go job hunting like thousands of others with no paycheck. Last week I heard on a newscast that one individual will walk out with $167 million. He wouldn't if I were controlling the checkwriter.
