my stand on copyrighted photos (revised)

Howdy, y'all.

I am revising my stance on copyrighted photos posted in this forum. I had said that I would delete all photos from a pay site that weren't posted by the site's owner. I now say that if those pictures are from the "free" section of the site, i.e. available to anyone, then I won't touch them, unless the owner of the photos asks me to delete them.

Please use common courtesy and have respect for the men who invest their time and money to bring these sites; and please not post any "paid" photos here, whether or not you bought them.

I don't like playing "cop" here; so please don't give me reason.

I have an idea for this matter:
if the pictures are from a free section in a certain site - the member that posted the pictures should include a link to site he got it from.
this is because the pictures don't always have the origin url on them and it might seem unfair to the origin site.

of course pictures out of the paid section shouldn't be posted ever.
