Here is the best baresole pic I've seen of Roddick. I've chatted online with a guy that says he is a friend/fellow tennis player, has tickled Roddick's feet, and that Roddick is ticklish on his soles, but loses it completely when he is tickled around the balls of feet and toes.
I'm not sure how credible that is, however I have seen some posts that seem credible about how Andy is very ticklish under his arms and that his nieces and nephews know this and know how to make him "flop around like a fish" by tickling his pits.
