The Japanese artist Gengorō Tagame (田亀源五郎) recently posted what is, for him, an unusual work of art called "Step" (2007) which you may see here:

You can tell by the way he draws male feet that he really doesn't have a particular erotic interest in feet, as, for instance, did Japanese erotic artist Go Mishima or American artist Étienne/Stephen. However, many of his works, including his picture-novel known to many English-speakers as SIPOW, do have boot-licking or foot-licking or foot-placement as a symbolic humiliation.
What's unusual about this painting is its unusually mild theme (Tagame's work is often very sadistic and violent) and its focus on the legs and feet, even though (at least to my taste) the feet are not depicted in a manner that I find erotic.
