I just started an exercise regimen increasing my reps and frequency of working out in hopes of maintaining some muscle mass. Took these recent baseline pix to record any improvement and hope I can maintain the discipline.

I took similar pix 4 years ago and I have been doing a maintenance toning workout with these same 15-pound free weights. Trouble is I wasn't pushing for more (I'm lazy and a procrastinator)
