I was at the Hard Rock Casino in south Florida last night. It's Spring Break down here and I was so glad to see the young guys are once again wearing loafers with no sox. I wandered around like a puppy dog looking for hot guys slippin those heels out giving me a glimpse. That was all the rage when I was in college, drives me crazy. Love the flipflops too but they make feet hard and dirty if worn a lot.

very nice, man!
I didn't know it was't fashion-forward to wear those without socks previously,
but hey, if it becomes popular once again, we'll be great shape once warm weather returns. ;)

I actually hate that this fashion style is back because it's cutting into the amount of guys who wear sandals/flip-flops. I'd rather actually see the guy's feet than hope to get a glimpse of like the back of his dirty heel or something. Loafers with no sox is like the ultimate cocktease for me.

But living in Fort Lauderdale I never have a lack of flip-flops...I think that's why I moved here! This time of year is the best, lots of guys from up North or Europe wearing flip-flops for the first time in months with nice soft feet. March is the best down here. But I love getting foot teased by those loafers especially when I get the sense they've noticed i'm looking and they tease me with glimpses of the soles - I haven't noticed them being dirty.

The loafers/ boat shoes look has been popular with young hipster guys for the past few years. I love it. I also love when a clueless guy complains how much his feet smell because of not wearing socks.
