I've been searching a lot, for any pic of Brian's feet and I've just found these ones.

I only got the already attached ones, too.

But maybe someone has some captures of "Return To The Blue Lagoon" from 1991 (he's only 22 yo in this movie!).
He is barefoot almost the entire time in this movie.
