I've heard Blue Star Ointment is pretty good. It has menthol in it that helps to soften the hard skin. It probably wouldn't hurt to soak your feet regularly and then moisturize them to soften the calluses too.

When I take a shower, I let my feet soak a little in the water and then take a rubbing stone and buff them away.

as a person of color, I find a lot of us colorful people have rough feet. My podiatrist told me he has lot of folks with rough feet, and they shower, rub with good old fashion vaseline, then wear socks during the night-

I also wonder if any guys are into rough/callous feet.-
I have never really done anything, but have fantasized since 3rd grade.
It's complicated ;-)
