Unless you are cruising in a well-known cruising spot, I would be more concerned for your physical safety, especially if you are approaching these guys at night. Take a "safer" and smarter route and advertise for a footbuddy/foot encounter. Go through message boards, chat rooms, personals, etc. Don't go asking for trouble on the streets - and don't go offending people who don't share your fetishes.
