Non footshy actors - wonder who makes the call

Happened to catch an old movie today i'd never really seen - The Frighteners i think it was called, starred Michael J Fox. It seems like every movie he was in managed to get scenes with him barefoot and of course this one came through also near the end!. Got me wondering whether Michael was the one behind this or is it the directors or just a coincidence. Others i can think of are Stephen Dorff and Bruce Willis. I'm not complaining cause they all have the type of feet i love! I've sat through a lot of bad movies with an actor whose looks i like just hoping for a glimpse - saw one with Michael Angarano that was just horrible but had to keep watchin just in case lol.

I wondered about that a lot too. Daniel Tosh is ALWAYS barefoot on his show on Comedy Centeral. I'm not too certain, but I think he calls the shots on his program. It really makes you wonder sometimes. (His feet aren't that bad eiter!)
