Scott Bakula was in a film called "Papa's Angels" with Eva Marie Saint...in this film there are a couple of excellent close ups of Scott's barefeet. The little boy who plays his son actually comes to him, while his dad is sleeping in a chair with his feet propped up, removes one of his socks to reveal his sexy, masculine and vulnerable foot. I wish I had the still to send you, but I know the DVD is available through Netflix.

He was also in some TV show in the late 80's. In one episode he was on a table with his bare soles facing the camera for a very long time.
