but I can see how you'd mistake it for the gay flag, although the colors of the gay flag are different. They're Red, Tan Yellow, GREEN, Blue, and Fuschia (who but a gay man wears fuschia [except straight girls or women?! LOL, they chose wisely])

I'm going on 50 years old and I have never heard of tan and fuschia being in the gay flag.

the orange stripe is so close in color to tan, I was continually saying tan, because that's how it looked from my back porch window sometimes, but I do know it's orange. Here's the link to a photo of it where the orange stripe can look tan sometimes, even though I know it's orange. With the sun shining thru it, sometimes it looked tan. I have to stop saying tan, since I no longer see it every day to remind me it's orange(on the East Coast now). Thanks for correcting me.

And one note: at one point one of the flag stripes was hot pink ( fuschia-ish), but now it's purple. It's been changed several times.

OH, I wasn't saying it to correct you, I just had never seen those two colors in the flag so I wasn't sure. (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple are the colors in the rainbow flag) The regular rainbow colors (from what I remember in school) are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and purple.
